Returns

Any item with its original packaging that has not been worn or used in any way can be returned for exchange or refund within ONE YEAR of receipt. Try on your garments before removing tags or washing. We will pay the postage to get the exchange back to you. We will not take back pants hemmed to 27" or less so please measure carefully before ordering. If you do not indicate whether you want an exchange or a refund we will automatically refund your allowance and will not be responsible if you do not use it before your next anniversary date and lose it.

Shoe returns: When you return a defective shoe, we will examine it and assess the damage. In most cases, we will be able to make a determination and immediately issue a replacement or a credit. Occasionally, we will need to send the shoe back to the manufacturer for final determination. In these cases, it can take 6 to 8 weeks for the manufacturer's decision. We will notify you if there is a problem with your return and continue follow up with the manufacturer on your behalf to try to minimize the time required to resolve the issue.
